LearnX AI is both a classroom platform and a personal AI learning tool — use it for assigned coursework or explore topics on your own.

Signing In

Your school admin or teacher gives you a login email and password when you're enrolled.

    Go to the login pageVisit learnx-ai.com/auth/teacher — students and teachers use the same login page. The system recognises your account type automatically.

    Enter your email and passwordYour email looks like yourname.school@learnxai.app. Default password is your roll number unless your admin changed it.

    You land on your Student DashboardYou'll see your classroom, recent activity, pending assignments, and the AI chat panel.

Forgot your password? Ask your teacher or school admin to reset it — there is no self-service reset.

Click Classrooms in the sidebar to find your class. Inside the classroom you'll see every course your teacher has published for you.

Learning a Concept

Click any course to see its units and concepts. Click a concept to open it — you'll see tabs for Textbook, Quiz, Flashcards, and Chat.

Reading the Textbook

The Textbook tab is the main lesson — structured sections, worked examples, diagrams, and embedded videos your teacher has set up.

    Read from top to bottomContent is broken into clearly headed sections. Work through them in order for best understanding.

    Play any embedded videoVideos appear inline in the lesson. Press play — no need to go to a separate tab.

    Use the concept list on the left to navigateJump to any concept in the current unit. Your reading progress is tracked automatically.

Quiz & Flashcards

After reading, test yourself with the quiz or run through the flashcard deck. Both are in tabs at the top of the concept page.

    Click the Quiz tab and answer each questionSelect the option you think is correct — the system immediately shows green (correct) or red (wrong) with an explanation.

    Read every explanationEven when you get it right, the explanation reinforces why. Your score is recorded — your teacher can see it.

Flashcards

Go to the Flashcards tab. Click any card to flip it and reveal the answer. Great for quick revision of key terms before an exam.

AI Chat inside a Course

Every concept has an AI Chat tab. Ask the AI anything about that specific topic — it knows the course material and can explain things differently, give extra examples, or walk through a problem step by step.

    Click the Chat tab on any conceptType a question — "Explain this in simpler terms", "Give me another worked example", or "What's the difference between X and Y?"
  • 2
    Keep the conversation goingThe AI remembers what you asked earlier in the session. Say "Can you expand on that?" or "What about this case?" and it follows on.

Dashboard AI Chat

The main AI chat on your dashboard is not limited to a single course — you can ask about any topic, request a concept video, or ask AI to draw a diagram. It works like a personal tutor available at any time.

    Open the chat panel on your dashboardThe chat box appears front and centre when you land on the home screen.

    Ask anythingTopic questions, concept explanations, exam tips, problem walkthroughs — the AI handles all of it.
  • 3
    Request a video or imageType "Make a short video explaining Newton's Second Law" or "Draw a diagram of the water cycle". AI generates it inline and you can play or view it right there.

On-demand videos. Any video you generate from the dashboard chat is saved to your session so you can replay it. These are separate from teacher-assigned course videos.

Study Sets — Self-Study with AI

Study Sets are your own personal learning space. Upload your notes, a chapter PDF, or any revision material — AI reads it, breaks it into concepts, and builds flashcards, quizzes, and a chat tutor, just like a teacher would.

    Click "Study Sets" in the sidebarClick + New Study Set and give it a name (e.g. "Chapter 5 Revision — Forces").

    Upload your materialDrag in a PDF of your notes, a past paper, or a textbook chapter. You can add multiple files to one study set.

    AI processes itWithin a minute, AI extracts key concepts, creates a summary, generates flashcards, and builds a quiz from your material.
  • 4
    Chat with AI about your materialSwitch to the Chat tab inside your study set — the AI has read your documents and can answer questions specifically about what you uploaded.

Completely private. Your study sets are only visible to you — not your teacher or classmates. Use them for personal revision, past papers, or topics you want to explore beyond the syllabus.

Completing Assignments

Your teacher can push targeted practice directly to you — a quiz, flashcard set, video, or study set. Find everything in Assignments in the sidebar.

    Click "Assignments" in the sidebarEvery assignment your teacher has sent appears here, with its type (Quiz, Flashcards, Video, Study Set) and the concept it covers.

    Click to expand and complete itThe assignment opens inline — answer the quiz, flip the flashcards, or watch the video without leaving the page.

    Your answers are saved automaticallyQuiz responses are recorded the moment you answer. Your teacher sees your score — there is no submit button.

Messaging Your Teacher

You can send a direct message to your teacher from inside LearnX AI — no need to use email or WhatsApp.

    Click the Messages icon in the sidebarThis opens the direct message view with your teacher's name listed.
  • 2
    Type your message and sendYour teacher receives it and can reply from their own Messages panel. You'll see their reply appear in the same thread.

For academic questions. If you're stuck on a concept or need clarification about an assignment, this is the best way to reach your teacher — they can see the question in context.

Tracking Your Progress

LearnX AI automatically tracks which concepts you've studied and your quiz scores. You can see your own progress at any time.

    Open a course from your classroomThe course outline shows a tick next to concepts you've opened. Completed quizzes show your last score.
  • 2
    Retake quizzes to improve your scoreBoth attempts are visible so you can see your improvement over time.

Your teacher sees this too. Quiz scores and concept completion are visible to your teacher. Keeping up with assigned concepts helps them know where to support you.
